What customers ask most
Do you really make the clocks yourselves?
Yes. We're the actual manufacturer — we design them, hand-cut, stain and glue them into a 3D relief and pack them in our own workshop. No middleman, no mass production. That's why we can accommodate individual wishes too.
What are the clocks made of?
Solid natural oak with a 20 mm thick wooden part. Oak is a hard, durable “royal” wood with a long life. Thanks to the natural grain, every piece is unique — no two are alike.
Are they loud?
No. We use an extra-quiet U.T.S. quartz movement (Uhrentechnik Schwarzwald) made in Germany. You can even hang them in the bedroom.
What sizes and prices do you offer?
Diameter 30 cm (€89.90), 50 cm (€219.90) and 84 cm (€429.90). Every size is available in all designs. The 50 cm is the most popular as a living-room centrepiece.
Can I have a dedication engraved?
Yes. We engrave a name, date or short message straight into the wood — the perfect personalised gift for weddings, anniversaries or jubilees. You enter the engraving text with your order.
Can the design, stain or hands be customised?
Yes. Since we make everything ourselves, we can adjust the size, stain shade, type of hands and the base wood. For a fully custom design choose the “custom-made” option and tell us your idea.
How do I hang it and does it run on a battery?
The clock has a hanging system on the back — just one nail or hook in the wall. The movement runs on a common AA battery (not always included; we recommend a quality alkaline one).
How do I care for a wooden clock?
Just wipe it now and then with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and moisture (e.g. above a stove) so the wood keeps its colour and shape for years.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock designs usually ship within a few business days. For custom-made or engraved clocks we need a little more time for the handwork — we'll confirm the exact date after your order.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we deliver across the whole EU. Every clock is carefully and securely packed so it arrives in perfect condition.
What are the payment and return options?
We offer the usual payment methods available at checkout. Goods can be returned within the statutory period; for custom-made and engraved items the rules for personalised goods apply.
